I have attended a P1harmony concert last Sunday where I bought a light stick at the end of the concert and open yesterday and after putting the batteries I tried to turn on the stick and the first color to show is red. My light stick it is missing some colors, it does not turn white, blue or purple. I have tried to do it through Bluetooth but does not work. I have tried new batteries and even different brands and nothing. Is there any way I can get a replacement? And get one that does work well. I still have the receipt.
