Hello,
I recently bought a P1Harmony lightstick, but it arrived in broken condition.
I took a photo of the broken item as well as a video of me opening the package to make sure I didn't accidentally break it while unpacking.
Immediately after discovering the damage, I wrote an email to the store, detailing the matter.
Four days later, I got a notification from my email provider that the email was not sent out.
I have written a new email and I hope to get an answer to it.
I still wrote here to ask if it is even possible to get a refund on the lightstick.
Does anyone know this?
