1. Guidance on the Extinction of Unused Earnings

Under the terms and conditions of FNC STORE (Article 25(4)), the reserves paid before August 1, 2019 will expire sequentially from August 1, 2021.

Please check your reserves and use them before they expire if you have any unused reserves.

From January 1, 2022, the reserve will expire on a two-year basis, and we will notify you about 30 days in advance.

Reserves subject to extinction: Reserves accumulated before August 1, 2019

2. Automatic conversion guide for dormant members

Under the terms and conditions of FNC STORE (Article 25 (5)), members who have not logged in for more than one year are automatically converted to dormant members.

The reserves of dormant members will automatically disappear, and the reserves will not be recovered even if the dormant members are restored.

Dormant member conversion date: August 1, 2021

Information on the extinction of reserves and automatic conversion of dormant members will be sent via email written in the member's information.
